A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Request Your Quote and Choose Your Loan

Everything starts when you request a quote through the website. After you submit your request, I’ll get back to you with loan options tailored to your situation. Look them over, pick the one that works best for you, and I’ll officially open your file with the lender.

2. Appraisal and Documentation:

Next, we’ll order the property appraisal. You’ll pay for this directly. While that’s happening, I’ll work with you to gather all the paperwork your lender needs. I’ll make sure you know exactly what’s required so there are no surprises.

3. Review and Underwriting:

Once the appraisal comes back, the lender (and sometimes a third-party reviewer) goes through it carefully. With all your documents in hand, your file heads to underwriting. This is where things move fast. Single-asset loans typically clear underwriting in 1 to 2 days, while portfolio loans take about 2 to 4 days.

4. Closing and Funding:

After underwriting gives the green light, we wrap up the title work and set your closing date. Then you’re done.
